Rejoice Reviews provides automated review collection and management services for local businesses. Our Service helps you request, collect, and manage customer reviews for platforms such as Google Business Profile.

4. SMS/Text Message Terms

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Rejoice Reviews, you agree to the following terms:

SMS Use Cases

We may send you SMS messages for the following purposes:

  • Review requests for your business
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Promotional offers (with your consent)
  • Service updates and account notifications
  • General business communications

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service usage and preferences. Typically, you may receive 1-5 messages per month, though this can vary depending on appointment scheduling and promotional campaigns.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications. Reply HELP for assistance.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Please consult your mobile service agreement for details about your text messaging plan.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other mobile network providers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in the delivery of SMS messages that are outside of our control.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

  • Not use our Service to send unsolicited messages or engage in fraudulent activity
  • Not attempt to manipulate reviews or violate platform terms of service (e.g., Google's review policies)

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

  • Create fake or incentivized reviews
  • Harass or spam customers
  • Violate any third-party rights or platform policies
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Subscription and Payment

Our Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Accept that subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rejoice Reviews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, including the number of reviews you will receive.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
